Daphne: The water nymph!
This little cutie and her lovely mama came to the studio when she was 14 days old. I usually like to capture newborns at 4-14 days, as that id=s the optimum period to do Newborn photographs as, generally speaking that’s when baby is most likely to sleep for long periods after a good feed and be soft and flexible so they’re easily posed. However, babies can be photographed at any age and we’ll still get lovely shots. So back to Daphne…named after a water nymph and very aptly, as it happened. Accidents happen at all newborn sessions and we’re completely prepared for them all. We have the 3 “P’s”…you work it out. Well this little nymph definitely go one of those “P’s” down! Cheeky little monkey!
