Something new is coming to the studio… 🕊️
For over 25 years, my studio has been known for its signature classic aesthetic—clean, minimalist, and perfectly posed. While those classic, high-end portraits will always be the heart of what I do, I’ve felt a pull toward something a little more quiet. A little more… unscripted.
Introducing: The Lifestyle Series.
This is a new, permanent alternative to our traditional studio sessions. It’s for the Mama who wants to document this season in a way that feels like a slow Sunday morning—relaxed, intimate, and deeply honest.
The Model Call: Be the Face of the New Series
To officially launch this as an alternative to my signature maternity sessions, I am looking for two mamas-to-be to help me build this new portfolio this March or April.
- The Gift: Your session fee is completely gifted ($250 value) plus 5 digital files, in exchange for the use of your images in my new marketing materials. You’ll be asked to sign a Model Release.
- The Set: We’ll be utilizing the studio bed, the sofa, and our iconic white Barcelona chair to create a “home-away-from-home” vibe.
- The Wardrobe: This is where we lean into texture—think light-wash denim, lacy bralettes, oversized white knits, and silk slip dresses. (I’ll send you my curated “Lifestyle Mood Board” to help you choose the best pieces from your own closet!). We also have a few items in the studio wardrobe you’ll be able to borrow.
Natural & Authentic
We want you to arrive looking like the most radiant version of you—comfortable, relaxed, and camera-ready. We can send you advice on how to prepare your hair and MU, or give you recommendations to professionals who can do that for you.
The Legacy
Whether it’s a classic studio portrait or a Lifestyle session, my philosophy remains the same: Digital files are for backups; Art is for your home. While the session itself with 5 files are my gift to you, you will have the opportunity to view your images on a private on-line gallery and take advantage of a special Model Rate on our leather-bound Art Albums and wall art. You can of-course also purchase more files, prints, and other products from our studio offerings if you wish. But there’s never any pressure, I promise! If you’re happy with just your gifted 5 files, we’re happy too.
How to Apply
I am looking for women who resonate with this “unposed” direction and are comfortable with a mix of casual lifestyle shots and artistic “skin” silhouettes.
